Questions we like to ask.
What are people trying to do?
Start with the task and the context, not the feature list.
What makes the current way difficult?
Look for friction across the whole journey: tools, handoffs and unclear choices.
What is the smallest helpful change?
Choose a first step that is useful on its own and can teach you something.
How will the work continue?
Make sure the team can understand and carry forward what gets built.
How collaboration can work
Good collaboration makes the reasoning visible and gives feedback a clear place in the process.
- 01Start together
Align on the task, people and constraints.
- 02Share early
Use small drafts to make discussion concrete.
- 03Continue clearly
Leave decisions and next steps easy to find.
